Here you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about our service -- from pickup procedures to waiting times.

For airport pickups, a free waiting time of 60 minutes from the booking start time is included. This waiting time begins with the actual pickup time.
Yes, you can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 48 hours before the trip. Simply contact our customer service by email or phone.
The base price for Berlin includes up to 3 suitcases and bags. In Istanbul, up to 5 suitcases are included. Wheelchairs or pushchairs can be taken for an additional charge and can be selected during booking.
Click "Driver no-show" on the relevant booking in your customer profile to open a case. You can do this up to 4 weeks after your booking. We will review the situation and clarify why you were not picked up. If the situation cannot be resolved within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately not. To protect our passengers with allergies, we cannot transport pets -- not even in carriers.

Payment Terms

You can conveniently pay online by credit card or Klarna. Payment is made directly at the time of booking -- cash payment in the vehicle is not possible. Tipping is not necessary.

Yes, you can find the invoice for your booking in your customer profile above the respective booking. From there you can print it at any time or use it for business purposes.

Cancellation & Changes

Everything about cancellations, rebookings and changes to your trip.

You can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 48 hours before the trip. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows, the full booking price may be charged. Cancellations can be made via our website, app or by email to booking@drive2flight.com.
No, changes to the booking are not possible. However, you can cancel the booking and rebook.

Waiting Times

Information about waiting times for pickups and delays.

For airport pickups, a free waiting time of 60 minutes from the booking start time is included. This waiting time begins with the actual pickup time.
At all other pickup locations (e.g. home, hotel), the free waiting time is 15 minutes from the booked pickup time. Please be on time at the agreed location.

Booking Process

How the booking process works at Drive2Flight.

At least 24 hours before your booked pickup time, you will receive the trip details by email or SMS including the driver's name, vehicle type and a contact number for queries.
The ride is carried out by partner companies commissioned by us and bound by contract. Drive2Flight coordinates and organises the ride and is available as your point of contact.
Yes, it may happen that we provide you with a higher-class vehicle at no additional cost to you.

Liability & Safety

Information about insurance, luggage liability and safety.

Liability for loss or damage to luggage is limited to 500 euros per passenger. We recommend not transporting valuables in the luggage compartment but keeping them in your hand luggage.
Yes, all our partner companies have adequate insurance coverage. If you have any questions or claims, we will assist you with the process.
In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, official orders), payments already made will be fully refunded if the ride cannot be carried out.
