How to find your driver at Berlin Brandenburg Airport

After your arrival at BER Airport (Terminal 1) and exiting the arrivals area, please proceed to Meeting Point 3, located inside Terminal 1.

Follow the signs labeled "Ride App – Pick-up Area" to exit the terminal building. Once you have left the building, you will see point A5 on your right and point A6 (bus stop) on your left.

Now cross the pedestrian walkway and proceed to Meeting Point Number 3, located centrally between the two points. This is our designated pickup location.

Once you have arrived at the meeting point, please give us a short feedback – your driver is already waiting nearby and will usually be with you within 2–3 minutes.

You will find the vehicle's license plate number in your booking confirmation email. This way, you can immediately identify your driver and avoid confusion.
