General Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as the customer) and Drive2Flight UG (hereinafter referred to as Drive2Flight) and are accepted upon booking.

1. Conclusion of Contract

1.1 The contract is concluded electronically, by e-mail, SMS, in writing, verbally or by phone upon the customer's registration and subsequent written confirmation by Drive2Flight. All agreements, side agreements and supplementary agreements must be in writing.

1.2 The customer is bound by their registration for 10 days. Usually, confirmation by Drive2Flight follows promptly within this period. If the time between registration and transfer is less than three working days, a short-term telephone arrangement is required.

1.3 If the confirmation differs from the customer's registration, the confirmation shall be deemed a new offer. The customer may accept this offer within 10 days.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment is made according to the payment method selected at the time of booking, but no later than before the first trip. If payment is not made before departure, Drive2Flight may refuse transportation.

2.2 The customer is liable for the payment of the fare for registered fellow passengers, provided this obligation was accepted at the time of registration.

3. Services

3.1 Drive2Flight undertakes to carry out the agreed transfer with the booked or an equivalent replacement vehicle. Vehicles from partner companies may also be used.

3.2 The fare of €49.90 covers a maximum of 3 people and 3 suitcases per trip within Zone A. Luggage transport includes one piece of luggage up to 20 kg and one piece of hand luggage per person.

3.3 Pets and smoking are not permitted during the ride. Exceptions for animals must be agreed in advance.

Free airport waiting time: 45 minutes
Free city waiting time: 15 minutes

4. Duties of the Customer and Passengers

4.1 The customer and their fellow passengers must follow the driver’s instructions, especially regarding safety and order.

4.2 In the event of serious disruptions or violations of safety instructions, Drive2Flight may refuse transportation. The payment claim remains unaffected.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

5.1 The customer may cancel the contract at any time. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours after booking.
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup time: free of charge.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours before pickup: no refund.

6. Termination of Contract

6.1 Both parties may terminate the contract for good cause (e.g. force majeure, dangerous weather conditions).

6.2 Services already rendered will be charged. Additional costs are borne by the customer.

7. Liability

7.1 Drive2Flight is liable for property damage in accordance with §23 of the German Passenger Transport Act, but not exceeding €1,000, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7.2 Contractual liability is limited to three times the fare, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7.3 Any further liability is excluded, especially for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.

8. Applicable Law

Only German law shall apply.

9. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Drive2Flight in Berlin.

10. Severability Clause

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining contract.
