Your driver will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point. You can find the meeting point at Berlin Airport in our Quick Guide.
Please inform us of any changes in flight time, flight number, or other details as early as possible by phone or email. For last-minute changes, such as a flight delay, you can contact our 24-hour hotline. The driver will automatically wait for you at the gate at the new landing time.
If you cannot locate your driver or if there is a delay, please contact our 24-hour hotline immediately. Our team will assist you to ensure your ride proceeds as scheduled. Customer Service Phone: 03040729999
Pets are not allowed in our vehicles. This ensures a clean and allergen-free environment for all passengers. Smoking is also strictly prohibited to guarantee the comfort and health of everyone on board.

Prices

Our prices are clear and transparent. Find out what is included in the fare, how much luggage you can bring, and what additional options are available.

Our fixed price of €49.90 applies to transfers from any pickup location in Berlin to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) or from the airport to Berlin.
The listed prices are per vehicle and include all fees, taxes, and booked services.
The fare includes one suitcase up to 30 kg and one carry-on per person. Additional luggage or large items such as strollers, bicycles, or skis must be registered in advance and may incur an extra charge.

Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options that are secure and easy. Read here how you can pay for your booking and receive your invoice.

Payment is made exclusively through our payment provider Stripe. You can choose from the following options:
  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
Payment must be completed during the booking process. Without successful payment, your booking cannot be confirmed.
Yes, the booking must be fully paid by credit card through our reservation form before the ride. Without prior payment, the ride cannot be confirmed.
You will receive your booking invoice via email immediately after payment. You can also find the invoice in your customer profile in the top right corner of the menu.
